The overall condition of this vessel appears to be sound, The owner had the vessel hauled out 5 years ago, and found it to be in better than expected condition. All of the through hull fittings were inspected good, the zincs were replaced, and the bottom was cleaned and painted.
Yes, this boat does need some TLC, as would be expected on an older boat. The seller is aware of several issues that need attention. The galley fridge doesn't work, there is a refrigerator in the cockpit that works, and the original fridge under the captain's seat still works. There are also a variety of gauges that don't function, and the seller knows of one soft spot on the port side of the cockpit deck, there is evidence that the port side windows have been leaking, and it could be related. The owner has also unhooked the port batteries from the charger because of an overcharging issue; he believes the battery isolator is not wired correctly.
The port engine shows 3775 hours, and the Starboard has 3423 hours on them. The top end of the engines were rebuilt at approximately 2200 hours. Two years ago the owner rebuilt the Starboard transmission, and replaced the port engine's supercharger, and starter.
The seller is including a functional VHF radio, and GPS, but all other electronics on the bridge are non-functional. There is a lift for a tender that has been removed for paint. The diesel heater was repaired about two years ago, but is in need of attention again.
The owners work responsibilities are preventing him from spending as much time with this vessel as he would like to.
